Be part of a delicious evening with Dan’s Papers and the fabulous food and festivities at the hottest new event on the East End—Blue Moon GrillHampton presented by Pat LaFreida Meat Purveyors—on Friday night, July 12, starting at 8 p.m., giving everyone plenty of time to make it to the Hamptons for the weekend.
Firing up under the big tent at Sayre Park in Bridgehampton, the inaugural GrillHampton is an exclusive experience, limited to 600 tickets and giving guests the chance to meet the chefs and the host—Food Network Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, the man behind The Lamb’s Club and The National Bar & Dining Rooms in Manhattan—while sampling fantastic food and watching an all-star cooking competition.
And you don’t want to miss out on the action, as a team of masterly New York City chefs go grill-to-grill against an all-star lineup of chefs from both the North and South Forks. Combining the adrenaline of an all-out cooking throw-down like Iron Chef with the flair of an East End tasting extravaganza, GrillHampton will be an event like no other.
If Ali and Frazier battled wearing grill mitts instead of boxing gloves, if the Red Sox–Yankees rivalry were played out with a wielding of basting brushes instead of bats, the competition and excitement still wouldn’t match the thrills that await on the big night.
GrillHampton invites gourmands and backyard grillers alike to come enjoy the action. Couple that with some Blue Moon, Glenfiddich, Tito’s Handmade Vodka and more fabulous libations and it’s sure to be an unforgettable culinary experience.
More than just getting a rare up-close view of these top chefs at work, everyone at GrillHampton will also be able to become part of the competition. Throughout the event, guests enjoy tastes of the very creations being cooked before their eyes. They will then be able to vote for their favorite dish of the evening, and the winner will be honored with the coveted Blue Moon People’s Choice Award!
Tickets are going fast—don’t miss out!
GrillHampton will take place at Sayre Park in Bridgehampton (156 Snake Hollow Road) from 8 to 11p.m. on Friday, July 12. General admission tickets are $115.
